|Programme". Feedback may include feedback provided on the official |
|feedback form and feedback written in letters, emails, or documents. The|
|period for the request is between 20/11/24 and 11/12/24. If any late |
|feedback was received between 11/12/24 and 23/01/25, it should also be |
|included. |

|2 Please provide any emails sent by or to Health New Zealand |
|staff/contractors discussing feedback received on the "Proposed Future |
|Service Model for the Needle Exchange Programme". The period for the |

 This email is to let you know that Health NZ needs more time to make a
decision on your request.

 

The Act requires that we advise you of our decision on your request no
later than 20 working days after the day we received your request.
Unfortunately, it will not be possible to meet that time limit and we are
therefore writing to notify you of an extension of the time to make our
decision, to 21 March 2025.

 

 This extension is required because the consultations necessary to make a
decision on the request are such that a proper response cannot reasonably
be made within the original time limit.
