Dear Waimakariri District Council,
In relation to Section 12 of the Waimakariri District Council Parking Bylaw 2019 notes that state 'No person shall park a motorhome, bus, caravan or trailer on any road or in a public place for a continuous period exceeding seven days from date of inspection by authorised officers’, I would like to know the following:
The total number of parking complaints made in the last 24 months.
The total number of instances where a particular vehicle has had repeated complaints made, i.e the number of times where more than 1 complaint has been made against a particular vehicle.
The total number of instances where a particular location has had repeated complaints made, i.e a particular location is used to store vehicles that may change and repeated complaints have been made involving the same location but different vehicles.

Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA), for
information regarding parking complaints received in terms of Section 12
of the Waimakariri District Council Parking Bylaw 2019.

as soon as possible, and in any event, no later than 20 working days from
the day that your request was received. If the Council is, however,
unable to respond to your request within this timeframe, we will notify
you of an extension.
