Dear Erica Stanford,

Minister, thank you for answering my question today at the Cordis Hotel conference. May I kindly ask you to confirm in writing that the new policy will not allow qualified domestic institutional investor (QDII) as a way of transfer fund out of China. During our conversation, I understand the reason is that QDII require the fund to going back to China after the investment ends. It is not benefit the NZ economic.
