Dear New Zealand Transport Agency,

 

I request the following information regarding the proposed bus stop on
Tyler Davies Drive, Red Beach, for the Route 983 reroute:  

All safety assessments, parking impact studies, and demand analyses
specific to Tyler Davies Drive.  

Evaluations of alternative sites (e.g., Taikura or Kukuwai Avenues) and
reasons for their rejection.  

The full text and submission details of the petition opposing the Tyler
Davies Drive stop (noted in AT’s 20 Feb 2025 email).

AT’s FOI response (e.g., 3 Feb 2025 letter) lacks this data, despite
admitting “some on-street parking loss” and planning construction. 

 

Your 14 Mar 2025 update says you’re reconsidering the 983 route—please
provide this by 26 April 2025 to inform that process and my opposition as
a resident. If these studies don’t exist, confirm that too.
