Catering for Governing Body

Dear Auckland Council,

I understand that some of the Governing Body meetings (of the whole, committees and sub-committees) provide meals for elected members.

1) I would like to know the costs (total annual cost and average per meeting), separated by Committee. While I would prefer actual costs, budgeted costs for the current financial year are acceptable.

2) I would also like to know what the process is for requesting catering, including confirmation of who requested it for each Committee that is catered. If there is a copy of the request to cater and the advice received to support it, I would like this also.
