Any and all communications, including but not limited to texts, emails, memos, letters, meeting minutes, reports, and other forms of correspondence, as well as messages exchanged via communication applications such as WhatsApp, Signal, Telegram, Microsoft Teams, Slack, between you, your office and any elected officials in Rotorua concerning anything relevant to your social housing portfolio since 1 June 2024.
