I am making a request under the Official Information Act 1982 for information held by the Police Prosecution Service (PPS). I am a citizen of New Zealand by birth, residing in Pukeahu (Mount Cook), Wellington.
I am requesting a copy of the Legislative Reference Tables (LRTs) held by the PPS for the offences contained in the following Legislation:
* Arms Act 1983
* Animal Welfare Act 1999
* Bail Act 2000
* Crimes Act 1961
* Dog Control Act 1996
* Family Violence Act 2018
* Income Tax Act 2007
* Litter Act 1979
* Local Government Act 2002
* Land Transport Act 1998
* Misuse of Drugs Act
* Sentencing Act 2002
* Summary Offences Act 1975
* Social Security Act 1964
I request that these tables be provided in XLSX or XLS format, not other information formats.
I am aware that the offences are contained within the publicly available legislation online, however, I am requesting the LRT for the structured and compiled information they contain.
