I refer to your official information request dated 9 April 2025 regarding
the New Zealand Teachers Disciplinary Tribunal.

We have transferred your request to Teaching Council of Aotearoa New
Zealand (Teaching Council).  The information to which your request relates
is not held by us but is believed to be more closely connected with the
functions of Teaching Council. In these circumstances, we are required by
section 14 of the Official Information Act to transfer your request.
