I refer to your official information request dated 9 April 2025 regarding
the New Zealand Teachers Disciplinary Tribunal.

We have transferred your request to Teaching Council of Aotearoa New
Zealand (Teaching Council).  The information to which your request relates
is not held by us but is believed to be more closely connected with the
functions of Teaching Council. In these circumstances, we are required by
section 14 of the Official Information Act to transfer your request.

I would like to know the current member of New Zealand Teachers
Disciplinary Tribunal and their term of appointment. Please label them if
they are chair, vice-chair or lay member etc.

 

Their job description, pay rate and how many days they attend New Zealand
Teachers Disciplinary Tribunal business each year since 1st Jan 2020.

 

Are you anticipate to call any public expression of interest this year?

 

Sample of their appointment letter, once would be sufficient.
