Dear Auckland Council,
Please advise what the costs were incurred by Auckland Transport to
attend to, engage all experts, use lawyers and present/attend the
Hearings for the NOR application by AT for the Redoubt and Mill
Road Project in September 2015.
Please itemise the cost of legal fees and expert witness'
separately as well as the total costs.
Any costs incurred before the hearings actually took place should
also be included - this includes expert witness' reports and studies etc.
