Dear David
Please accept my apologies - I was tasked with responding to your request
but had been having trouble with obtaining the data and have missed the
deadline for a response. You will get a formal response shortly which
hopefully will include the information as you have requested it.
I would have expected that the information you want would be easy to
extract - in fact we had replied to another requestor just recently with
similar information about a different bus route. The problem in this case
appears to be related to the looping of the Route 280 and the RTI system
(as far as reports are concerned) identifying where the origin terminus
is. So far we have been able to produce a report that will tell you what
the deviation from the scheduled time at each stop was, but not the actual
clock face time. It looks like this:
‘Schedule run time’ is the timetabled run time from the origin terminus,
‘actual run time’ is how long it actually took. I’m not sure how helpful
that is, nor do I really understand why the system won’t give the
information in the form you have asked.
Perhaps we could discuss? I am happy to call you if easier.
Regards
Rob
