Progress of my complaint made against Callplus Services Limited T/A Slingshot
Pragash Kumar Suntharam made this Official Information request to Commerce Commission
The request was successful.
From: Pragash Kumar Suntharam
Dear Commerce Commission,
I made a complaint against Callplus Services Limited T/A Slingshot , they cheated me through a telephone conversation in 2010.This case was handed over to Claire Le Grice, Investigator, Enforcement Branch, by the Commerce Commission, and after that it was handed over to David Baker, chief adviser, Commerce Commission, these two staff of Commerce Commission were communicated with me in regards to this case and I provided support and evidence about this case, last time David Baker communicated with me in 11/10/2011 and there after I did not hear anything about this case. David Baker said to me he will keep update me about the progress of this case and soon Slingshot will be prosecuted by the justice.
I really wants to understand what is happening with this case, its been six years since I made this complaint, and I Have mentally and physically suffered about the activity of Slingshot, therefor please kindly let me know what is the current progress of this case.
Looking forward to hear from you.
Yours faithfully,
Pragash Kumar Suntharam
