Dear New Zealand Transport Agency,

Could you please provide a copy of the relevant parts of the geotechnical
investigation report for the development of the Arras Tunnel by The NZTA
Memorial Park Alliance.

I request both the factual investigation information from site
investigation works and the subsequent interpretative report based on the
factual investigation information.

As this was a large project with what I assume to be a large amount of
information relating to ground conditions I specifically request relevant
geotechnical data in the vicinity of #13 Buckle Street, Wellington.
