During 2016, the Local Government Commission made some announcements about
it’s “Strengthening the Wellington Region” regoranisation process (Ref

Transport is an “Identified Priority Area” under this review (Ref:

I am interested in understanding the consultations and progress being made
by this review.
1) Can I please have a copy of all meetings and/or presentations held in
2016 or 2017 with the Local Government Commission where the Transport
Identified Priority Area was discussed ? This includes any meeting
agenda’s, minutes, and any supporting reports/presentations.
2) Can I please have a copy of all reports received from the Local
Government Commission in 2016 or 2017 where the Transport Identified
Priority Area was discussed ?
3) Can I please have a copy of all reports received provided to the Local
Government Commission in 2016 or 2017 where the Transport Identified
Priority Area was discussed ?
4) Can I please have a copy of all correspondence with the Local
Government Commission since January 2016 where the Transport Identified
Priority Area was discussed ?
