1.the motion in council to commence a feasibility study for the hotel project.
2. applications and or correspondence with council which prompted this feasibility study
3. the cost of this feasibility study
4. the data on which council has relied to show that there is a"demand in the region for a "premium branded hotel"
5 It is stated "This demand was shown through the feasibility study" Please provide the legal basis on which council can expend tax payers funds on investigating the need for hotel accommodation for travellers.
6 please provide a factual basis for the opinion expressed by the CEO " proposed hotel would not go into competition with other accommodation providers, but "complement" them."
7Mr Jack stated "We've got some investors that are very interested" what is the legal basis for the role of council in the development of hotels and providing " investors "
8. Please provide copies of all council discussions and resolutions on the facilitation of Hotels, moving of council and building a new library
9 with regards to the womens rest building in clive square please provide all reports which relate to the buildings structural integrity
10. minutes of all meetings of council where the women rest building is discussed
