Want to obtain a identification number

Dear Privacy Commissioner,
Hi there I request the following information under the Official Information Act documents to get a identification number to live in the private.I realize that when i was born my parents registered me unknowingly creating a trust under Richard Te papa (the dead estate the birth certificate) i am a living natural man want to start living like one and not a person(corporation, which is an artificial person) i have my source document,certificate of birth,printout and birth certificate i found it strange that on the certificate of birth the registrar said i was born in his office that's when the person was created Richard Te papa i just need the right application forms to finish the process.I understand that a decision on a request for information under the OIA must be made as soon as reasonably practicable, and in any case not later than 20 working days after receipt of the request. I trust that a narrow request such as this can be dealt with relatively quickly.
