The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) is extending the time limit to answer
your request for the reasons outlined below. You can now expect a response
on or before 15 January 2018.

 

Your request has been extended because your request will require
consultation across the CAA. According to section 15A(1)(a) of the
Official Information Act 1982, the CAA may extend the time limit in
respect to an official information request if the request requires a
search through a large quantity of information  and meeting the original
deadline would interfere with the operations of the CAA.

You have the right to make a complaint to the Ombudsman to seek an
