On behalf of the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment I
acknowledge your email of 28 November 2017 requesting under the Official
Information Act 1982 (the Act), the following:

 

This is a follow up from my last application for information (Ref: DOIA
1718-0480), which was rejected on the basis that it was too large and
broad.

 

I have trimmed down the request to one claim and limited the information
within this as previously advised by Mr Alan Whitcombe.

 

In regard the above claim could you please provide information on the
following:

 

-          Supporting application documents

-          The application form

-          Correspondence between NZP&M and the Applicant

-          Internal file notes

-          NZP&M’s Official Recommendation document.

 

Please note that the days from 27 December 2017 to 15 January 2018
(inclusive) are defined as non- working days in the Act and are not
counted in the calculation for the response due date. This will affect the
time period for responding to your request.
