From: TALAGI, Salote
New Zealand Police
Good afternoon
I refer to your Official Information Act requests of 9 February 2018 for
information and communications held relating to the development on the
Rainbow Police Car and meetings held between Police and LGBT Community
Organisations in the past twelve months.
The purpose of this email is to notify you that Police requires an
extension of time in which to respond to your request, pursuant to section
15A(1) of the Official Information Act 1982, because the request
necessitates a search through a large quantity of information and
consultations such that a proper response to the request cannot reasonably
be made within the original time limit.
Police require until 30 March 2018 to provide a substantive response to
your request.
Kind regards
Salote Talagi
