Dear Ministry of Social Development,

Good afternoon, I have a Tenancy Order (TTT-2017-004-093164) for Ms Tauri/Tory Dixon.

I have tried many ways to obtain Ms Dixon current address so that she can be summoned for a hearing to assess her financial means to pay her debt. To this date I have not been able to obtain her address.

Ms Dixon was on an MSD benefit and would imagine she is still on this.

I am a property manager for the owners of 12 Nelson Ave, Waiheke. The owners are Laraine Mills and Eric Wilson.
