Could you please provide the agenda for  all the meetings of the CIC for
the years 2015 , 2016 and 2017

Please note that a working day is defined in the Act as ‘any day of the
week other than a Saturday, Sunday, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Anzac Day,
Labour Day, the Sovereigns birthday, Waitangi Day and a day in the period
commencing 25 December in any year and ending 15 January in the following
year.

If a large amount of information has been requested or if the Ministry
needs to consult in order to make a decision, we may need to extend this

We have decided to provide a partial response to your request for
information about the Capital Investment Committee pending clarification
on the content of the minutes and agendas for the years 2015, 2016 and
2017.

The information about members of the committee is as follows:

Membership is: Evan Davies (Chair), Paul Carpinter, Jan Dawson, Des
Gorman, Murray Milner, Sally Webb, and Margaret Wilsher.

Our response to the balance of your request relating to the Minutes and
Agendas of Capital Investment Committee meetings for the years 2015, 2016
and 2017 will be extended under Section 15A for an additional period to
Friday 15 June, 2018, to enable further consultation with parties referred
to in the documents.

You have the right under Section 28 of the Act, to ask the Ombudsman to
review my decision to further extend the date.
