Dear Ministry of Social Development,
To Whom it may concern, I made a request for information on the 21st of May 2018 for information on who/how client debt repayments can be altered & what information is available to the decision maker before repayment alteration is made & how the Ministry conveys that to their clients. I received confirmation of this request on the 22nd of May 2018. My reply was due no later than 11June 2018. It is now the 23rd of June. I have not received a reply. I will be lodging a formal complaint to assist progress of my request. No time extension has been requested & no explanation offered. I am therefore left with the assumption this information will not be supplied. Accordingly if the requested information is still not available by Wednesday the 27th of June I confirm that this unacceptable situation will be escalated. Thank you for your attention in this matter.
