Good afternoon Mr Webber,
Thank you for your email.
I have checked our OIR register I can't see any request for information reference against your name in this financial year (beginning 1 July 2018). Could you please confirm if your request was sent to anyone within Council directly, or if you did in fact use our Information request mailbox address at: [Kapiti Coast District Council request email] or the alternative address of: [email address] ?
If you could please forward me the request again that would be most helpful, I'll have to do some investigating and come back to you as soon as I can.
Our apologies of course if something has gone awry. I'm very puzzled about it, as I'm sure you are to.
I shall await your reply and then start investigations!
Thank you in advance.
Kind regards

Dear Katy,
I'm still not sure if there's any lands at Maclean park that are subject to treaty settlements, I note on page 5 under Iwi in the KCDC feasability study from TRC " Kāpiti Island Gateway Centre Feasibility Study Final Report 2013" it states -
"a Treaty claim over the strip of road reserve in the Boating Club car park----"
https://www.kapiticoast.govt.nz/media/25...
so can i assume there is land subject to a treaty settlement by iwi in maclean park ?
I did not hear back from DOJ
Yours sincerely,
Karl Webber
