Dear New Zealand Police,

1/ Please provide the total Introduction costs that, are Pertinent to the
Police Cars been replaced including, Lights and Sirens, Signwriting,
wheel, and tyre costs etc

2/ Please provide costs of the replacement vehicles including, Lights and
Sirens, Signwriting, wheel, and tyre costs etc

This only relates to Police Cars that are deemed to be Unsafe as per News

Dear Mr Jordan

I refer to your request for

1.       … the total Introduction costs that, are pertinent to the Police

Police has prepared a response to your request and this is now going
through our review process. This process has required us to give further
consideration to the original response to ensure we provide you with the
best possible reply to your questions.

 

Because of this I have been asked to let you know that Police requires an
extension of time in which to respond to your request, pursuant to section
15A(1) of the Official Information Act 1982, because the request requires
consultations such that a proper response cannot be made within the
original time limit.

                                                                                           

Police require until 10 May 2019 to provide a substantive response to your
request. 

 

You have the right to ask the Office of the Ombudsman to review this
extension
