Dear Cameron Kirchoff (AT),
I note that the statutory timeframe for a reply to my official information act request has been exceeded. Considering that I was previously emailed on 12 April stating that the information would be released "early next week", this is surprising. What is the timetable for this information to be released?
Furthermore, will the status of this official information act request be included within the statistics of delayed official information act requests which I requested?
Yours sincerely,
A. Coffin

Dear A. Coffin,
Once again I do apologise for the delay in getting the information out to you and regret any frustration this may have caused.
Gathering the requested statistics is a very manual process and has taken much longer than expected, this is something we are working on changing.
At this stage a response has been drafted and sent for a final signoff.
Kind regards

Dear AT Official Information (AT),
Thank you for your response. I would like to clarify one point about the statistics further.
In your response, it was stated that the median time for Auckland Transport to supply the requested information and close out LGOIMA’s was 22 days, while there were only 7 incidents when a decision was not communicated within 20 days. Is the reason for the difference between these because while a decision as to whether the information will be granted tends to be made within 20 days, it generally takes longer than this to provide the relevant information?
Yours sincerely,
A. Coffin
