When are you going to answer my request?
As by the New Zealand police remaining silent it is my understanding that SILENCE is CONSENT.
Which I would then have the wright to answer on behalf of the New Zealand police?

Dear Glenn,
Thank you for your email.
Could you please advise whether this enquiry relates to your email of
30/10/2012 concerning statement you wish to give to Police (see below)?
If so, we replied to you on 31/10/12 asking for some more information so
we could help with your request and I can't find record of an email from
you providing that information.
What we wanted to know was who have you tried to give your statement
to and where, as well as what do you wish to give a statement about.
If you can get back to us with that information we can resolve your
original email.
Kind regards

Dear New Zealand Police,
I sent you a email on 1/11/2012 but have not recieved a responce from the Police yet.
18/10/20012 I went to PN Police to give a historic assualt complaint for an beating that I received from A PN AOS memmber on 18/10/2005.
I spoke to B Amas at the front desk who knew the situation as he was the negotiating officer on the day.He then advised me he could take the statement as he was involved in the incident on 18/10/2005.
He said he would pass the information on & get a Peace Officer to call me.
A couple of days latter I recieved a phone call from Phil Ward of the PN Police who arranged for me to go to the PN Police on 31/10/2012 to give a Statement which I agreed to.
Then on 30/12/2012 I recieved a phone call from Phil Ward who then advised me that he would not take a statement off me as he had been told by Nick Dobson under NO circumstances was any officer allowed to take a statement off me.
I ask why but he refused to say anymore as he had been ordered by Nick Dobson not to comment.
on 20/8/2012 under the OIA I requested for a copie of the full file regarding the incident on 18/10/2012.
On 20/9/2012 Nick Dobson sent me part of the file but is refusing to release the rest.
I did have Gregory Hudson start to look at the file before he retired but the problem he had was that alot of the file was missing.
Then when it was passed onto Nick Dobson he has refused to look into my allegation.
I would like to resolve this issue I have with the NZ Police in a peaceful productive manner.
I would like to have a meeting with Peter Marshall or his seniour staff to resolve the issue.
Yours faithfully,
Glenn of Collis
