Dear Otago District Health Board,
I would like to please request under the Official Information Act a copy of the National Health Board report on the use of Ketamine on clients of the Mental Health service in Dunedin.
Report writers were Lynn Lane, NHB, Dr Graham Melsop.
Inquiry comenced July, and completed September 2011.
