Official Information Request – Water Bottling Consents

Thank you for your information request, dated 21 May 2019, asking for
details about three water bottling companies: ‘Otakiri Springs’,
‘Oravida’, and ‘Distinction’. 

 

Please note that Council does not have a record of a company called
‘Distinction’ taking water for bottling in the Bay of Plenty region.  The
three companies taking water for bottling from the Awaiti Canal
groundwater management zone are:

1.       Otakiri Springs Ltd,

2.       Oravida Waters Ltd, and

3.       The Antipodes Water Company Ltd.

 

Please clarify that you are requesting details for this latter group of
three companies.
