I refer to your official information request dated 13 April 2020 for a copy of the Waikato Regional Airport Limited's 2019 Annual Report for the year ending June 2019.

We have transferred your request to the Waikato Regional Airport Limited (WRAL). WRAL is a council controlled organisation and a designated airport authority and accordingly is subject to the provisions of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987.

My team will dispatch the Aeronautical Master Plan and the FY 19 Annual report to you today. Information on the runway designation extension is very extensive and the bulk of the information is held by Waipa District Council, however Simon will see what information we have to hand (noting the current lockdown limitations) and whether that is sufficient to answer your initial enquiry.

As a follow up to the below Email with respect your earlier requests for

- 20 Year Long Term Plan (I believe this document was create around 2010)

As undertaken at the time - Please find attached the 2009 Airport Masterplan. You will note in section 1.1 that this plan is predicated on a 20 year airport planning window.

With respect plans and documentation around the proposed runway extension to ~3000m. These are all inclusive within the Aeronautical Masterplan attached.
