     Dear New Zealand Police,
    
     Concerning the Southern district:
    
     Have any New Zealand Police vehicles -- marked or unmarked -- been
     issued with parking infringement notices between Jan 1, 2013 and
     Nov 6, 2013?
    
     If so, how many notices in total -- and how many ended up being
     paid as opposed to waived after additional correspondence between
     the relevant authority and police?
