Failure to Prosecute - further information - case number 190628/7295
Nathan Sanders made this Official Information request to New Zealand Police
This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Nathan Sanders to read a recent response and update the status.
From: Nathan Sanders
Dear New Zealand Police,
I am a NZ citizen residing in Lower Hutt. I have made a previous request for information regarding this case and you have responded. Thank you.
I now have a follow up request please.
The case number is 190628/7295.
The case relates to a theft carried out by Mr Chjristoper John BATES and his company On-Line Digital Solutions trading as OPEN2VIEW.COM, my theft complaint and your subsequent decision not to prosecute.
In your response to my original request there was Case Summary Report. In the narrative created by NMDS60 ( I presume Const. Nicholas Mead) there is a statement that says the Suspect has provided evidence of purchasing some signage and materials from the victim following December 2016.
I now politely request copies of the evidence provided by the suspect as this was not included in the previous release.
Yours faithfully,
Nathan Sanders
