Dear Office of the Ombudsman,
I understand this Office is not under the OIA Act, however I would kindly like to ask for the sprite of transparency that if you could share given the news below that bank of China is the worse bank of responding complaints, any further actions has the ombudsman has taken to address this issue? Eg further direction/communication issued to the Bank?
