You have requested a copy of the traffic crash report relating to an
accident on 5 March 2021 at No 3 Rd, Te Puke. The accident is being
investigated by Coroner Louella Dunn. The Coroner has not received a copy
of that report and will review your request upon receipt of the same.
I note the Coroner’s office is not subject to the OI Act. The Coroner has
requested this report as part of her evidence she is to be provided with
to assist with her inquiry. Your request will be reviewed in due course
however you should be aware that such material may be subject to an order
prohibiting publication pursuant to section 74 of the Coroners Act 2006.
