Directive from WHO/UN/Gates Affiliates/NGOs and Or Agencies Directing NZ's Covid Response
Chuck Schooner (Account suspended) made this Official Information request to Ministry of Health
This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Chuck Schooner (Account suspended) to read recent responses and update the status.
From: Chuck Schooner (Account suspended)
Dear Ministry of Health,
Can you please provide any and all documentation to health officials/government representatives from any and all of the agencies directing New Zealand on how we are to respond to the Covid-19 pandemic.
I am specifically looking for correspondence that includes the following
Multi System Inflammatory Syndrome or MIS-C
Any and all talking points and the directive that this is due to Covid-19 the virus in children
Medsafe - Ministry of Health and health professionals are likely to see a rise in this in children in the coming months likely to be blamed on the virus. Some control group needs to be set-up because this is going to be blamed on the virus when it is prevalent only in children that have had the vaccine.
Please date this request because I suspect cases will start to become known in New Zealand and suggest there is already paperwork that MOH is to front foot this as a result of Covid rather than what is actually occuring.
As per this Starship Link it says most children have mild disease.
https://starship.org.nz/guidelines/covid...
As soon as cases of MIS-C start coming through in children it will be blamed on the disease rather than the vaccine when
Yours faithfully,
Chuck

Dear OIA Requests,
Please provide this information immediately.
Can you also please state as I forecast
- When did MIS-C get added to the Starship website? It wasn't on the website when I submitted the initial request.
- Under whose instruction did it happen? Please provide all information, briefings, data, names involved in and the evidence that shows MIS-C is caused by Covid-19?
- I specifically want to know who was involved in adding this to the website when it previously wasn't there when I made the initial request.
- What papers do you have to support this?
- Please also supply the information as per my previous request?
Yours sincerely,
Chuck Schooner

We are writing to acknowledge the Ministry of Health’s transfer of your
OIA request (MoH ref H202116784). We are also writing to apologise for
overlooking it when it was transferred in December 2021.
We are now about to seek a response from the relevant part of the
organisation regarding the information you request.
We have determined that we will have a response to you no later than 4
April 2022. We will contact you if an extension is required.
Due to the COVID-19 global pandemic response, Auckland DHB continues to
experience higher than normal volumes of requests for information. Many
key Auckland DHB and Auckland Regional Public Health Service staff are
currently committed to tasks associated with the current COVID-19
outbreak. This will invariably impact on our ability to respond to certain
OIA requests within normal timeframes.
If you have any questions about management of OIA during the COVID
pandemic you may find it helpful to read the following from the Office of
the Ombudsman:
o [1]Chief Ombudsman’s statement on official information response times
during the implementation of the COVID-19 Protection Framework
o [2]FAQs about official information requests during COVID-19
Please note that, like other DHBs across New Zealand, Auckland DHB has
adopted a model of proactive disclosure which sees OIA responses
publically available on our website approximately one month after they
have been released. If you believe that there are any special reasons why
proactive disclosure should not apply to our response to you, we will be
happy to consider this.
Ngâ mihi,
Mark
