relating to the development of the draft COVID-19 Office risk
assessment dated January 2022, and any further risk assessment which
has been prepared since.

 

+ Please advise the current overall COVID-19 vaccination status of Stats
NZ staff.

 

We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible and in
any event no later than 21 March 2022, being 20 working days after the day
your request was received taking into account public holidays. If we are
unable to respond to your request by then, we will notify you of an
extension of that timeframe.

Official Information Act 1982 (OIA) the following:

summary of staff feedback, which was provided to ELT.

decision making relating to the COVID-19 Controls Policy.
+ Advice and briefings provided to the Executive Leadership Team in
relation to the COVID-19 Office risk assessment.
+ Key drafts and all updates of the COVID-19 Office risk assessment,
including any draft versions provided to Stats NZ by any external
providers. 
+ The current overall COVID-19 vaccination status of Stats NZ staff.
