Hope you had a good weekend.  In line with the usual OIA process, we have
responded to your request within 20 days of receiving.

 

I have attached a letter which answers your questions, and in addition
I’ve attached folders for the minutes covering 2020, 2021 and 2022.  We
have two entities Tamaki Redevelopment Company and Tamaki Housing
Association, which is why there are two sets of minutes per meeting.  We
have of course redacted commercially sensitive information.

 

As there are limits on files received in your FYI request, I have split
the files across a couple of emails – this is email 1 – includes letter
and minutes for 2022.
