Thank you for your email regarding the Ministry's response to your OIA
request below. 
 
The Ministry is currently working on a joint proactive release with Kāinga
Ora which includes all documents in relation to the performance of Kāinga
Ora. The Minister will need to be consulted on this proactive release,
however the Minister is currently away and the timeframe for this
consultation is looking to be sometime in October, with the publication of
the documents late October. We can advise you when the publication of the
documents covered in the proactive release has occurred. 
 
In the meantime, please find the list of documents in scope of you request

9(2)(g)(i) to maintain the effective conduct of public affairs through the

Dear Ministerial Service Workflow,
I am writing in relation to my OIA request HUD2022-000313, requesting
various advice and papers prepared by the Ministry on the performance of
Kainga Ora - Homes and Communities.

Your response to me one week ago stated that "During the consultation
process, the Ministry made the decision to publish the documents that are
in scope of your request, as well as other documents produced by the
Ministry in relation to Kāinga Ora’s performance, as part of a wider
proactive release on our website. Therefore, the remainder of your request
is refused under section 18(d) of the Act as the information requested
will soon be publicly available."

I checked MHUD's website this morning and still can't see any relevant
content under the OIA proactively released material. Please clarify when
this material will be made available on the MHUD website and provide a
list of the documents that fall within scope of my original request made
on 18 July 2022.
