Dear Porirua City Council,

Please provide any correspondence or records in relation to the drain
outside of 1 Kinnell Grove Papakōwhai, Porirua 5024. This drain is
situated on council land at the edge of the footpath and this property's
driveway on the side closest to Tweed Road.

This includes:

- Any complaints and internal correspondence or action taken by Porirua
City Council from 1 June 2019 to date
- Any records the Council holds about this drain or other three water
infrastructure in this vicinity that may be connected to this drain
