Please identify for your CDEM Group each building that is currently identified as the building intended/likely to be used as
-the ECC
-an EOC
after a seismic event.
Please provide the buildings current %nbs at IL4, the date of the last assessment, and the type of seismic assessment completed.
Alternately if you do not hold/cannot provide the above please provide the last seismic assessment for the buildings identified above

Wither Road in Blenheim is built to IL4 standard.

Could you please clarify. I take it you mean that the building was designed and built to current code using an Importance Level of 4? Perhaps if you advise the design date and standard this would clarify your statement best.

commissioned in August 2003 and was built to their current code using an
importance level of 4.
