Dear Accident Compensation Corporation,
Section 65 2 (I) (ii) of the 1982 act has regard to WERC to dependants.There seems to be two levels of dependency; a spouse is considered either totally or partially dependant. How is the level of either total or partial dependency determined. What steps does a claims handler take to make this determination.
