I am writing to acknowledge receipt of your official information request dated 9 August 2023 for the following information :
"... documents outlining confirmed restructure including disestablished positions and new positions for 2021 and 2023 for whole organisation or those groups undergoing restructure.

Please provide full Waiora staff engagement survey results for 2021, 2022 and 2023 broken down for each of the groups below
- neighbourhoods and communities
- environment and sustainability
- economy and development
- strategy and engagement
- any other group not listed above"

I advise that Hutt City Council ran its first full Waiora Engagement Survey in June 2021. The results have been published in pages 182-183 of the Policy, Finance and Strategy Subcommittee papers for the meeting of 14 September 2021. You can view this information here:
