Dear Upper Hutt City Council,
I would like all copies of emails, reports, discussion notes and any other records relating to discussions between any council staff member/s and any representative from Guildford Timber Company or any other such company relating to removal or felling of the pine trees on the Silverstream spur between January 2022 and the present day, in particular (but not limited to) when these discussions concern the construction of any roading or track, be it for forestry purposes or anything else on the spur or adjacent land.
