response within the 20 working day statutory timeframe (Monday 11

We cannot identify who “any of their agents” are in order to locate any
information within the scope of your request and note some of the names
you have included are Awa Enviornmental team members.

 

For that reason, we propose to scope your request as “all communications
(emails, text messages or hard copy) exchanges from any person or

any person at any department of the Guildford Timber Company, Awa
Environmental, or any of their agents in particular Craig Martell, Phernne
Tancock, Michael Hall, Chris Hansen, even if they are only Cc’ed into
these emails. . The date range for these communications shall be 1 May
2024 to today.

As you know, the Act requires that we advise you of our decision on your
request no later than 20 working days after the day we received your
request. Unfortunately, it will not be possible to meet that time limit
and we are therefore writing to notify you of an extension of the time to
make our decision, to 9 December 2024.

 

This extension is necessary because your request necessitates a search
through a large quantity of information and meeting the original time
limit would unreasonably interfere with our operations.

 

In coming to this decision we have assumed that you agree to the scope of
