Investigator Policy of the Ombudsman
Sarah made this Official Information request to Office of the Ombudsman
The authority would like to / has responded by post to this request.
From: Sarah
Dear Office of the Ombudsman,
I would like to request for a copy of the Ombudsman policy around how this office investigates complaints including the process involved, in which the complainant has raised a complaint against an organisation and has requested for the support from this office.
The reason for this request is because of the dis-satisfaction with the level of support I've received by this office to resolve a complaint, therefore I'm wanting to seek to understand what is the role of an investigator and what is the appropriate level of support that should be provided to the type of service complaint I've made to the Ombudsman, through an internal policy.
Yours faithfully,
Sarah Brodrick

Dear Office of the Ombudsman,
Today I have submitted an online complaint via the Ombudsman's website in regards to the unreasonable delay in responding to this public request. It is now over two months with no response, which I believe is unprofessional. Therefore I've also attached a written letter to the online complaint form.
Yours faithfully,
Sarah Brodrick
