Dear Parliamentary Service,

I would like to request, under the Official Information Act figures the number of speeding fines and parking tickets issued to CR registered cars/drivers over the past three years (from 4/5/15)

The information sought in this request is to be used as part of a report by The Dominion Post.

Specifically, I would like:

a) the number of speeding infringements/parking fines issued over the period requested

b) the number of those tickets/fines that were waived and for what reason

c) the number of speeding tickets/parking fines that remained unpaid/outstanding

Also any memos, reports or briefing notes, including drafts, prepared by officials relating to the way tickets/infringements are being handled as well as any letters, emails, telephone call logs meeting notes or correspondence sent or received.
