Dear New Zealand Police,
I am requesting information on the infringements under clause 13 "Infringement Offences" of the Covid-19 Public Health Response (Vaccinations) Order 2021 as of 9 November 2021.
I will copy and paste the infringement offences section:

13 Infringement offence
A breach of clause 7, 8, 10, 11, 11A, or 12(4) is an infringement offence for the
purposes of section 26(3) of the COVID-19 Public Health Response Act 2020.

1. How many infringement offences did the NZ Police Issue under this act or any order under this act?

2 How many of these offences have been paid from offenders?
3. how many have gone on to the MoJ for collection?
4. How much money has been collected to date?
5. How much money has not been successfully collected and sent on to the MoJ for such infringements of the Vaccination Order 2021?

I have been asked to advise you that Police requires an extension of time in which to respond to your request pursuant to section 15A(1)(b) OIA, due to the consultations necessary to make a decision on the request are such that a proper response to the request cannot reasonably be made within the original time limit.

Police requires until 12 July 2024 to provide a substantive response to your request, however we are endeavouring to provide this to you as soon as possible.
