Total number of accidents on dowse drive over the last 20 years to warrant reduced speed and raised crossing
Caryn vautier made this Official Information request to Hutt City Council
This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Caryn vautier to read recent responses and update the status.
From: Caryn vautier
Dear Hutt City Council,
Can you please provide me with the statistics and infirmation on how many accidents over the last 20 years on dowse drive that have warranted a all day reduced speed
And raised crossing.
As there is less traffic on the hill in maungaraki than in town, I cannot understand the logic of a further reduced speed to 30 all day, every day and yet downtown for most schools it is 40 and only during hours of 8am to 8.40am then in afternoon of 2.30 to 3.30 approximately.
Yours faithfully,
Caryn vautier
