Pay-per-dose System Data

Chris McCashin made this Official Information request to Ministry of Health

The request was refused by Ministry of Health.

From: Chris McCashin

Dear Ministry of Health,

Please provide in full the Pay-per-dose system data that was recently released. Please note I require no personal data and information can be coded. As I understand it the data includes amongst other things.

Vaccine Batch Number
Site of Vaccination
Dates of Vaccination
Dates of Birth
Dates of Death

Can you also provide as follows

- A list of all journalists / media who have requested this data / seen it
- A list of external parties outside of government agencies who have this data - if any

I note the Ministry of Health has

- Not confirmed the data is false
- Have instead said it is "misinformation" - unfortunately the data is the data and further analysis needs to be done by external parties
- Have instead taken steps to seal this data

Given the data has already been out there I suspect this is a simple download that can be provided. If the data hasn't been provided to media companies please include the response to them. If the data isn't provided - then this will fuel conspiracy theorists as being vindicated and instead goes further to cover things up.

Please do this at the earliest convenience. If required - please include in your response the "caveat" as to how this is misinformation but we require the raw data to be analysed. Most people can see what is going on - and this data is likely to prove what some doctors were warning about from day one.

Yours faithfully,
Chris

Thank you for your request for information, transferred to Te Whatu Ora on
11 December 2023, asking for the following information under the Official
Information Act 1982 (the Act):

Please provide in full the Pay-per-dose system data that was recently
released. Please note I require no personal data and information can be
coded. As I understand it the data includes amongst other things.
Vaccine Batch Number
Site of Vaccination
Dates of Vaccination
Dates of Birth
Dates of Death
Can you also provide as follows
- A list of all journalists / media who have requested this data / seen it
- A list of external parties outside of government agencies who have this
data - if any

This email is to let you know that Te Whatu Ora needs more time to make a
decision on your request.

The Act requires that we advise you of our decision on your request no
later than 20 working days after the day we received your request.
Unfortunately, it will not be possible to meet that time limit and we are
therefore writing to notify you of an extension of the time to make our
decision, to 20 February 2024.

This extension is required because the consultations necessary to make a
decision on your request are such that a proper response cannot reasonably
be made within the original time limit.

If you have any questions, please contact us at [1][email address]

If you are not happy with this extension, you have the right to make a
complaint to the Ombudsman. Information about how to do this is available
at www.ombudsman.parliament.nz or by phoning 0800 802 602.

The response mentions an order from the ERA, which is not the District Court. The ERA does not have the same standing as a District Court. In fact the ERA was set up a few decades ago to speedily resolve matters between employers and employees without them having to go to the Employment Court. The ERA does not deal with criminal and fraud matters, for example.

I also believe the Pay-per-dose database and the National Immunization database are two separate databases. One is for payments, the other patient information records. This OIA request appears to be asking about the Pay-per-dose database.

When will this data be anonymized for release on the Stats NZ website, like other health data is?

Cheers,
Erika

As per Erika's previous comment. What I would question is the jurisdiction of the ERA.

Such a directive would need to be through the Courts. It would appear that this statement is based in fraud, this in itself is what needs challenging.

In addition, refusal to answer the questions after such a long time. What have they been doing in the interim with this OIA?

This is the public's data and we are within our right to ask for anonymised data for further analysis. No up to date data has been released by Medsafe for adverse effects nor by MOH for Stats NZ Publications.

Dear hnzOIA,

As alluded to in my original request it seems that Ministry of Health hiding the data and attempting to scrub the data from the internet and put a man in jail appear to be trying to cover up what this data shows. A complaint is being made to the Ombudsman. The Ministry of Health can stand by the "messaging that vaccination is safe and effective" however your own data, statistics and excess deaths appear to be on my side. Just so we are clear per governments own information

- The vaccine has killed four people - all of these people were not at risk from Covid
- The benefit / risk assessment is not able to be provided and the only one that can shows the "benefit / risk" is not clear
- When any event is reported to CARM death / serious injury then the Medicines Advisory Committee are supposed to do an assessment each time and complete a full Benefit / Risk assessment. I have seen this for a number of products except the Pfizer vaccine - why is that? It appears to get a pass despite being linked to countless deaths
- Pathologists are not doing the correct stains / histology slides that determine the spike protein from the vaccine is the cause - this is why young people having cardiac arrests, strokes and clots can list these as the causes of death. But the "experts" aren't determining that these are vaccine induced. If you don't test for it then it is easy to say its not causation
- ACC have paid out in excess of $6m dollars for the "safe and effective" messaging you stand by and also turned down thousands of other claims. These should all be reviewed
- Deaths have been blamed on other "medications" despite the vaccine being the most recent medicine people have taken - notably contraceptive pill deaths
- I've read a number of publically available Coroners reports - the glossing over of healthy people dying despite recently taking the vaccine is shocking when this product was "emergency" use
- There are no control groups in place
- And excess death numbers are up massively when this didn't occur during the pandemic
- And to top if off the media who are reporting on this data as "misinformation" appear to have no interest in the data - guess that is what you get when you pay the media millions
- The data that Mr Young (NZ hero) has released is in the public interest because what he has exposed is a crime far greater than the leaking of anonymised data - and it appears you are doubling down to cover things up further.

It appears despite the "messaging" - "Facts and data" appear to be on my side. And I for one am sick of reading about medical events in young / healthy people when this data needs to be released so we can help people that are now potentially at risk. It also appears that poison is catching up with people following events of today. It is really devastating that you continue to try and cover things up - what sort of country is this?

Release the data and lets work out a cure and start targeting who allowed this to go on.

Yours sincerely,

Chris McCashin

Tēnā koe Chris

I can confirm that Health NZ maintains its decision on your request. A
complaint to the Ombudsman, as you appear to have done already, is the
appropriate course of action if you disagree with a decision on an OIA
request. We are very happy to work with the Ombudsman's office on this
matter in due course.

Dear hnzOIA,

This is a further update for the Pay-per-dose system data

Given in the last couple of weeks there have been sudden deaths due to medical events from a teenager, young father professional rugby player and a fit ex All Black

I would specifically request that the pay-per-dose batch numbers associated with these people, but more importantly all the data associated with what Mr Young released.

https://www.rnz.co.nz/news/sport/520510/...
https://www.rnz.co.nz/news/national/5209...
https://www.stuff.co.nz/sport/350323287/...

Please note the data can be anonymized to protect persons under the privacy act so I require no personal data - the data was previously released this way so can be anonymized again.

Public interest both local, national and global should trump any need to withhold this data. With this updated request a complaint has gone to the Ombudsman.

We are now in the territory where more and more people are implicating themselves in crimes at Te Whata Ora. It can't be ignored anymore as children and young fathers drop dead and our Health authorities overlooking / lying about what is going on.

All of the executive team at Te Whata Ora have been warned that they could be held criminally liable. How much blood on their hands do they require or do we need a few more children dropping dead?

Yours sincerely,

Chris McCashin
