My name is Ashleigh and I’m a LGOIMA Business Partner at Auckland
Transport.

I’m responsible for looking into the official information request you made
on 5 August 2024 for correspondence between Auckland Council and Auckland
Transport regarding the PTC2W project.

The LGOIMA requires that we let you know our decision on your request no
later than 20 working days after the day we received your request.
Unfortunately, it won’t be possible to meet that time limit and we are
therefore letting you know of an extension of the time to make our
decision, to 17 September 2024, or sooner. 
 
This extension is necessary because it is a large amount of information
which we need more time to review, and external consultations with
Auckland Council are also necessary to make a decision on your request.
Therefore, a proper response cannot reasonably be made within the original
time limit.
You are able to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of this
decision. Information about how to make a complaint is available
