Can information be released to answer the following questions:
1. Which conflicts of interest did MRCagney, or any one from MRCagney, declare to FENZ related to producing the 2022-2023 ‘Traffic Calming and effective response speeds’ report?
2. Does FENZ have any record that MRCagney was involved in writing Auckland Transport’s ‘Street and Road Design Guide’ and/or Auckland Transport’s ‘Urban Street and Road Design Guide’?
3. Does FENZ have any record that MRCagney was involved in writing Auckland Transport’s 2017 ‘Local Path Design Guide’?
4. How much was paid to MRCagney for the 2022-2023 ‘Traffic Calming and effective response speeds’ report?
5. When did FENZ become aware that MRCagney had been promoting the installation of raised platforms, raised crossing, and/or wombat crossings in New Zealand and/or Australia?
6. Can you release the contract and scope-of-work documents between FENZ and MRCagney which relate to the 2022-2023 ‘Traffic Calming and effective response speeds’ report?
7. When did anyone at MRCagney inform FENZ (by document or email) about the 2000 report from the US titled ‘Emergency Response, Traffic Calming and Traditional Neighborhood Streets’?
